We also support our customers in the security of their information systems.

Missions

You’ll be working at ArtimIS, as part of a young, dynamic team of 36 people based in Paris, Nantes and Tunisia, dedicated to this offer.
You’ll be working in a highly demanding, competitive and fast-growing environment, surrounded by a dynamic and expert team who are highly committed and stick together to move forward and always offer the best solutions to their customers.
You’ll work with our Business Excellence to develop from scratch the methods, processes and tools that will enable ArtimIS to grow its sales and enhance the value of its brand, business and expertise in Europe.
As “Digital Marketing & Sales Representative”, you will have the opportunity to work on the following operational activities:

Event Idealization, creation and planning of digital/physical events
Customer Feedback, Expertise Point, Round Table, Q&A with ArtimIS GRC technology partners
Mailing campaign to ensure event follow-up and success – 3 Webinars and 2 Events
Event Competitive monitoring / Participate in external GRC & IAG SAP webinars (2 per month) and prepare summary sheets on events and report them in WikimIS – 24 per year
Event Strengthen team bonds by organizing TeamBuilding events (Game, SummerEvent, Seminar, etc.) – 6 per year
Event Creation, monitoring and analysis of event performance indicators, reporting, optimization recommendations – 1 per year
Digital Communication Organize 8 targeted ArtimIS emailing campaigns per year, focusing on “business” issues/REX/solutions/offers in relation to defined personas.
Digital Communication Build and share an ArtimIS newsletter summarizing communications activities, upcoming events, interesting articles, REX, current projects and expert opinions, SAP news, etc. Plan for 4 newsletters a year.
Digital Communication Define and technically implement the workflow, test the workflow on the basis of a mail template and “fictitious” or ArtimIS contacts, check the results and adjust if necessary, activate the automatic ArtimIS workflow per campaign, maintain the workflow (20 workflows).
Digital Communication Design, test, adjust, implement and maintain forms (20 forms)
Digital Communication Execution of the process with a dedicated team (trainees) over 2 weeks and 2 times a year. The aim is to collect 1000 more valid contacts each time and update the CRM.
Digital Communication Idealize, create, add, tag and score, share content in Plezi
Digital Communication Continuously publish information on LinkedIn that relates to our expertise. Maintain a frequency of 3 publications per week
Digital Communication Based on the communication strategy defined by ArtimIS management, draw up a detailed 12-month digital communication plan in “Macro” mode.
Digital Communication Creation, monitoring and analysis of campaign performance indicators, reporting, optimization recommendations
Digital Communication Become familiar with the CRM tool and Plezi
Digital Communication Define, test, adjust and implement the smart campaign and the newsletter

At ArtimIS, we’re looking from a Digital Marketing & Sales Representative :

  • Respects delivery deadlines, confidentiality of information and commitments set by his/her manager.

  • Makes proposals.

Your projection

Your first 3 months:

  • You will review your short- and long-term objectives.

Your next 3 to 6 months:

  • You will contribute to several internal projects and activities.

  • You will conduct a self-assessment to identify areas for improvement and associated action plans in line with your career objectives.

Your qualifications

  • Graduated from an engineering, business or university school with 5 years of higher education.

  • Want to specialize in sales and marketing in the B2B world of the IT sector.

  • Want to gain first technical expertise in CRM tools (Hubspot/Insightly/Plezi).

  • Desire to gain first experience of GRC, IAG & Data Analytics services and tools revolving around ERPs.

  • You have a strong appetite for digital and master the social media adapted to a B2B environment.

  • You have the ability to design creative editorial and visual products in line with consumption usage.

  • You have a creative and analytical mind, with the ability to take ownership of subjects and follow up projects independently.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a fine sense of teamwork.

  • You have an interest in the evolution of uses and curiosity about new digital trends in CRM and information systems security.

  • You master the Adobe CC, Powtoon, Office Suite, or any other software that you consider to be useful for your tasks and for which you have skills.

  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (other languages would be a plus).

  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong ability to work in agile mode and good team skills.
